PRE-FINISHED PANEL INSTALLERS

Location: Fishers, Indiana
Project: Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Weekly Pay | W2 Position

TradeWise Staffing Group needs experienced panel installers and finish carpenters for a new 50-bed healthcare construction project in Fishers, IN.

Scope of Work:

\n
• Install pre-finished architectural wall panels
\n
• Install trim, reveals, transitions, backing, and blocking
\n
• Measure, scribe, cut, and fit panels
\n
• Read blueprints, submittals, and manufacturer installation details
\n
• Protect finished materials and maintain tight finish tolerances
\n
• Perform substrate preparation as needed
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Two or more years of finish carpentry, millwork, casework, or panel installation experience
\n
• Commercial construction experience
\n
• Own finish hand tools
\n
• Reliable transportation
\n
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
\n
• Must pass background check and drug screen
\n
• Hospital or healthcare experience is a plus
\n
• ICRA awareness is a bonus
\n

This position is best suited for installers who take pride in clean, detailed, finish-quality work.
