\nSUMMARY: THE SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IS A HIGHLY PROFICIENT EXPERIENCED-LEVEL TECHNICIAN CAPABLE OF PERFORMING A WIDE VARIETY OF WORK TO ENSURE THAT THE FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT ARE MAINTAINED IN A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE WORKING CONDITION.
\nRESPONSIBILITIES
\n - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operations areas which may include buildings, material handling, offices, lighting, electrical systems and plumbing in any of the distribution centers; and performs related work as required.
\n
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
\n - 5+ years of proven verifiable assignment-related maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
- Minimum of 5 year maintenance experience with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building maintenance.
\n- Experience with maintenance in a distribution center setting
\n- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
\n- Ability to lift 70lbs.
\n- Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC.
\n- Technical school or training desired.
\n- Computer skills navigating email/Microsoft Suite.
