Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Lancaster, TX 75134

Pay rate: $32.75/hr. ON W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site HR support for a busy distribution center.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and training.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Support managers with attendance, performance, and workplace policies.
• Assist with HR projects and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Experience with employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, and compliance.
• Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics HR experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
