UPMC Altoona is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join our team in Altoona, PA. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with a broad range of general and advanced pulmonary disorders and will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced critical care medicine during ICU rotations.

- Full-time combined pulmonary practice with ICU rotations \n
- Access to a state-of-the-art bronchoscopy suite, including routine bronchoscopy, robotic bronchoscopy, and EBUS \n
- CT-guided lung biopsies and ultrasound-guided thoracentesis in partnership with a highly supportive Interventional Radiology team \n
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support in both the pulmonary clinic and ICU \n
- Strong institutional commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care \n
- 24/7 in-house intensivist/APP coverage, minimizing after-hours responsibilities for pulmonologists \n
