\n We're hiring a Production Technician-Furnace Operator to join our Hillsboro manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a clean, safety-focused environment where you'll receive hands-on training, develop specialized manufacturing skills, and have opportunities for long-term growth.\n

\n What You'll Do as a Production Technician \n
\n
    \n
  • Set up, load, monitor, and unload production furnaces.
    • \n
  • Perform surface finishing processes including lapping, washing, rinsing, and drying.
    • \n
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
    • \n
\n
\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
    \n
  • 1 year of recent manufacturing or production experience preferred.
    • \n
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
    • \n
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently after training.
