The Orlando Health Cancer Institute is seeking a BC Hematologist/Medical Oncologist with demonstrated experience in leukemia care to join our team as the Cancer Institute is developing a new Leukemia service.
\nThe hematology division is well developed and is busy providing services in both classic and malignant hematology. Additionally, A well-developed bone marrow transplant section provides both autologous and allogenic transplants and cellular therapy, and has a large geographic draw.
\nThe cancer center had a strong, dynamic combined hematology and oncology fellowship program with a wide range of educational activities.
\nResponsibilities of the selected candidate:

- Responsible for the treatment of leukemia patients both inpatient and outpatient. \n
- Work with the rest of the leukemia team to further develop the leukemia section in cooperation with the hematology and bone marrow transplant services. \n
- Advance research activities related to leukemia. \n
- Responsible for the education and training of the fellows and residents with structured rotation. \n

- Academic appoints available at the University of Central Florida (UCF) and Florida State University (FSU) for eligible candidates \n
- A very competitive contract will be provided for selected physicians \n
