As the Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian, you will be the cornerstone of the hospital, responsible for establishing a gold-standard medical culture, mentoring your team, and driving the business's success as a true owner. - Build a Thriving Practice Culture: Establish a client-first, collaborative culture that reflects the needs of one of west Omaha's fastest-growing communities. As the Founding DVM, you'll set the tone for medical excellence, exceptional service, and a workplace where both your team and clients feel genuinely connected. \n
- Lead and Mentor Your Medical Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of veterinarians and support staff, building a hospital culture that attracts top talent and delivers outstanding urgent care to the growing pet-owning communities of Boys Town, Elkhorn, Millard, Bennington, and northwest Omaha. \n
- Drive Medical and Surgical Excellence: Establish the hospital's standard of care, ensuring every patient receives exceptional medicine while mentoring your team in surgery, dentistry, and evidence-based clinical decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to build a reputation as the trusted urgent care destination for pets across west Omaha. \n
- Partner in Business Ownership: You will work directly with your Hospital Manager to manage the hospital's financial performance, making strategic decisions that drive top-line revenue growth and and position the hospital as a long-term community resource. \n

With increasing residential growth and easy access from surrounding communities, you'll have the rare opportunity to build a hospital that becomes the trusted first choice for urgent veterinary care. \n

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a license in good standing to practice. \n
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a veterinarian, with a strong foundation in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry. \n
- A compassionate and collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop associate veterinarians and support staff. \n
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful practice. \n
- Previous formal leadership or management experience is a significant plus. \n
