Job Description

The assignment runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027, with a weekly commitment of approximately 15 hours across Monday to Friday. While the role is primarily for an onsite School Psychologist, those with School Social Worker credentials may also be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a current Minnesota School Psychologist license (required for consideration)
- Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention services
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to supporting diverse student populations and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs
- Develop and implement strategies to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Participate in special education meetings, including eligibility, IEP, and intervention planning
- Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Collaborate with other school mental health professionals
