School Psychologist - Elk River, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required for consideration)
• Strong background in school-based psychological assessment, consultation, and intervention

• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseloads and assignment sites as needed
• Open to considering licensed School Social Workers with appropriate experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students referred for special education services
• Develop evidence-based intervention strategies and recommend accommodations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development and progress reviews
• Provide individual and group counseling as necessary to address social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster safe and productive learning environments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation
