Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required for consideration)
- Strong background in school-based psychological assessment, consultation, and intervention
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse student populations
- Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseloads and assignment sites as needed
- Open to considering licensed School Social Workers with appropriate experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students referred for special education services
- Develop evidence-based intervention strategies and recommend accommodations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development and progress reviews
- Provide individual and group counseling as necessary to address social-emotional and behavioral needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster safe and productive learning environments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation
