Job Description
Make an immediate impact supporting students and educators in a dynamic educational setting as a School Psychologist on a contract basis. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
- Strong understanding of assessment tools, RTI/MTSS, and IEP processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience supporting diverse student populations at various grade levels is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional evaluations
- Interpret test results and provide concise, actionable reports for multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs
- Offer consultation to teachers, staff, and parents regarding academic interventions and behavioral strategies
- Implement evidence-based interventions and crisis response as needed
- Promote mental wellness and emotional resilience through direct student support
