This full-time contract role invites speech-language pathologist assistants (SLPAs) or clinical fellows (CFs) to make a meaningful impact across a single campus, working with a manageable caseload of 39 students primarily presenting with mild to moderate articulation and pragmatic language needs. District-provided supervision ensures you have ongoing guidance as you deliver high-quality speech services.

In this role, you’ll focus on helping students thrive within an inclusive, supportive school community. The responsibilities are carefully structured, with no current students using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, allowing you to dedicate your efforts to essential speech and language interventions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of an SLPA or CF program and eligibility for licensure in the state
• Prior experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
• Creative approach to addressing articulation and pragmatic language goals
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and supervisors
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and daily responsibilities with confidence

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with a caseload of 39 students to support social and academic communication
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions focused on articulation and pragmatic skills
• Partner with teachers and staff for integrated service delivery
• Monitor and document student progress, updating plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development with supervision
