Estimated Salary Range: $135,000 - $185,000

Position OverviewWe are in search of a strategic and seasoned leader to manage Radiation Oncology operations at the Morris Cancer Center. This role involves close collaboration with physicians, executive leadership, and system stakeholders to guarantee safe, high-quality, and efficient radiation therapy services.
The Director will be responsible for promoting operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing workforce engagement, and managing financial resources within a complex academic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Radiation Oncology operations to maintain clinical quality, patient safety, and operational effectiveness.
- Align departmental strategies, workflows, and performance indicators.
- Manage operating and capital budgets while actively overseeing financial performance.
- Ensure adherence to hospital standards and regulatory requirements (TJC, NJ DOH).
- Develop and mentor a high-performing, engaged clinical team.
- You are a seasoned leader in Radiation Oncology eager to make an impact at a system level.
- You combine strong clinical knowledge with operational and financial acumen.
- You excel at building trusted relationships with physicians and senior management.
- You foster accountability while promoting a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- Active ARRT certification and NJDEP licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- A minimum of five years of progressive supervisory leadership experience in Radiation Oncology.
