Join Our Team as a Locum Tenens Provider

Job Responsibilities
  • Work 5 to 6 night shifts each month, with 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
  • Conduct ED rounding and respond to codes called on the floors.
  • Collaborate with 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) scheduled per shift.
  • Manage an annual Emergency Department volume of approximately 20,000 patients.
  • Utilize extensive procedural skills, including but not limited to:
    • Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI)
    • Chest tube insertion
    • Surgical airways
    • Suturing
    • Paracentesis
    • Thoracentesis
    • Cardioversion
  • Perform temporary pacemaker placement and central line insertion as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • ATLS certification is mandatory.
  • Extensive procedural skills are essential for this role.
