About This Oral Surgery Position

Join an organization dedicated to enhancing lives, one smile at a time! We create over a million smiles annually in the communities we serve, believing that everyone deserves access to quality and affordable dental care. This mission is at the heart of our operations.

We are currently looking for an Oral Surgeon to become part of our dental team on a PRN basis. This moonlighting role is designed to fit seamlessly into your existing schedule rather than replace it. Our oral surgery program offers a valuable opportunity for providers to extend their impact without the burdens of overhead or the long-term commitment associated with a full-time position. If you are a practicing oral surgeon seeking a consistent PRN day in a supportive dental environment, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Responsibilities

Our oral surgery practice is equipped with:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
  • Dedicated dental assistants trained specifically for oral surgery procedures
  • Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management

As an Oral Surgeon, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting third molar extractions, including those that are impacted
  • Performing surgical and complex extractions as clinically indicated
  • Providing oral surgery care efficiently and safely within a well-supported dental environment
  • Collaborating with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-focused care
Qualifications

We expect our Oral Surgeon to possess the following:

  • DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental program
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
  • Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
  • Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and relevant state credentials
  • A compassionate approach and a strong commitment to providing oral surgery care in a community dental setting

We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration. Our organization does not engage in unlawful discrimination, including harassment, and we maintain a workplace free from such practices. We do not discriminate based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
