Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of special education processes, IEP development, and behavioral interventions
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for referred students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify and address student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor student interventions and behavior management plans
- Participate as an integral member of IEP and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide crisis counseling, consultation, and support to enhance school climate and student wellbeing
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with district and state guidelines
