As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective communication and will offer services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Daily tasks will also involve assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications and Experience- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hiring or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
- Make independent decisions when necessary
- Provide knowledgeable and competent nursing care to patients
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
