Certified Recovery Specialist
Job Description
Delta-T Group's client has an urgent need of Certified Recovery Specialists in Mt. Oliver, PA
* Utilize personal experience with addiction (individually or within the family) to provide peer support and foster trust and understanding with clients and families.
* Provide hands-on support in developing essential life skills to promote stability and independence.
* Lead and facilitate recovery-focused group sessions, providing education, peer support and coping strategies.
* Help obtain supplies, coordinate transportation to appointment, etc.
CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS
* Up to $20/hr. compensation, depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
* Tuesday-Saturday 8AM-4PM or 3PM-11PM. May need occasional flexibility with schedule.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* High School diploma/GED
* At least one year of experience working with youth.
* Act 33/34 & FBI clearances required.
* Valid Driver's License, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
*May require working varied hours, evenings, some weekends and holidays.
