NOW HIRING: CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Pay: $18–$23/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: Between 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM
No Blood Draws Required!
Are you a Certified Medical Assistant looking for a stable weekday schedule and the opportunity to gain valuable Gastroenterology experience? Join a busy, well-established GI clinic where you'll work alongside a supportive clinical team and make a meaningful impact on patient care every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Perform medication reconciliation
- Assist with procedure preparation
- Administer injections as directed
- Collect rectal swab specimens
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and patient-ready
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Support multiple providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Assist with up to 28 patients daily
- Dedicated on-site lab team handles all blood draws and phlebotomy
- Collaborative and team-oriented environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Medical Assistant Certification through:
- NHA
- AAMA
- AMT
Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Ability to thrive in a high-volume clinical setting
