Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage architectural projects from concept through construction administration.

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and consulting engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.

  • Prepare and develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation.

  • Apply technical detailing skills across all phases of project development.

  • Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and zoning regulations.

  • Work on commercial, institutional, educational, and residential projects.

  • Mentor and support junior designers and team members.

  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate commitment to company values and professional standards.

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

  • Registered through NCARB.

  • Licensed Architect or actively working toward architectural licensure.

  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.

  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong understanding of building codes and zoning regulations.

  • Excellent architectural detailing skills across all project phases.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • LEED Accreditation or interest in obtaining LEED credentials.

    • Experience with Lumion.

    • Experience writing architectural specifications.
