Job Description

Provide speech-language pathology services across multiple elementary and middle school campuses for the upcoming academic year, working with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to help children achieve communication milestones.
This assignment offers a 37.5-hour week across several nearby locations, with some campus combinations available for full-time positions. The role is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists with a passion for school-based practice and a commitment to making a difference in student development.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Maryland SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Schools-based experience highly valued
- Commitment to providing onsite support
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Manage a diverse caseload across several elementary and middle schools (potential to combine for a full-time assignment)
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district documentation guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
