In this role, you'll help students strengthen their communication skills, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and play an essential part in supporting academic and social success. Caseload determined based on district needs
Collaborative team of educators and related service professionals
Welcoming district with strong administrative support
What You'll Do
Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
Complete comprehensive evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement treatment plans that align with IEP goals
Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Maintain organized and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Ability to work onsite in a school setting
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
Clinicians transitioning from hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, or pediatric settings are encouraged to apply
