Job Responsibilities- Provide call-only coverage with beeper for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Manage a patient load of 15-20 per shift, including 2-4 inpatients for rounding.
- Work with a patient volume mix of 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient.
- Perform required procedures such as ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, and incontinence treatments.
- Preferred skills include robotic surgery and advanced endoscopic techniques.
- Hospital privileges are necessary for this role.
