🚨Immediate Need: Certified Maintenance Technician
Looking for a hands-on maintenance professional ready to start quickly! BG Staffing is partnering with a reputable apartment community in San Marcos, TX 78666 and is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity.
Pay: $24/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start Date: 8/3/2026
Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities- Handle daily service requests and emergency repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
- Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance work
- Complete unit turns and make-ready projects
- Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community
- Provide excellent service to residents and team members
- EPA Certification Required
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong technical skills across multiple trades
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
