This contract position offers a balanced combination of on-site and virtual work for approximately 35-40 hours per week, supporting elementary and/or middle school students across multiple sites.

You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and staff, playing a key role in assessing student needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and fostering students’ independence and participation in their educational environment. Your expertise in Medicaid billing will help ensure students receive the resources they deserve.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing processes a plus
  • Adaptable to working in both on-site and virtual environments
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to a varied caseload (elementary and/or middle school students across multiple buildings)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain thorough records and contribute to Medicaid billing practices
  • Flexibly travel between assigned sites as needed
