Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, with flexibility based on experience.

We offer a sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $10,000 for full-time positions and $5,000 for part-time roles.

Position: Dental Hygienist

We are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering exceptional dental care to the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences. Become part of a team that values collaboration and genuinely cares for its patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
  • Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.
  • Perform direct patient care tasks, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and related procedures.
  • Enhance customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
  • Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.
  • Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and organizational standards.
  • Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process.
  • Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
  • Take x-rays and document them in patient charts when necessary.
  • Create memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion and understanding.
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
