Registered Nurse | Cath Lab Staging | Full Time | Days

Under the guidance of the director or charge nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) employs the nursing process to enhance patient care. This includes conducting nursing assessments and diagnoses, developing care plans tailored to the diagnosis, and executing and evaluating the care plan specifically for patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. The RN is also accountable for maintaining a safe environment in accordance with Joint Commission Standards and overseeing the nursing care for patients before and after their procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Registered Nurse License in Florida
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Special Skills and Additional Requirements

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
