Ideal candidates include physician seeking collaborative team consisting of four physicians and three advanced practice providers. Established Urology practice with a multispecialty physician network including Oncology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB/GYN, Cardiology, and many more! 70+ primary care providers within Baptist Medical Group with robust referral network. New, state of the art, hospital with DaVinci robotics and dedicated OR time.

• 500k Base Guarantee with wRVU bonus (no productivity cap)
