Anesthesiology, Lifestyle based Anesthesiologist position with minimal call Killington/Rutland, VT

The Department of Anesthesiology of Rutland Regional Medical Center is looking for a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our group of five Anesthesiologists, and CAAs and CRNAs. Our practice is the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at Rutland Regional Medical Center.

Rutland Regional is a level III-equivalent Trauma Center.

The hospital is licensed for 144 beds. Service area 85,000.

Cases include high volume Ortho, General Surgery, Urology, ENT, OB/GYN. No heads/ hearts/ major vascular.

Work-life balance is encouraged! Limited with weekend call (Friday-Sunday).Most weekends are covered by a dedicated team. Weekday (Monday-Thursday) call is shared equally amongst the group with an average of 3-4 call days per month on call and your post-call day off. We offer a generous base salary and signing/retention bonus with a total yearly compensation of $550k, with 10 weeks of paid vacation time.
