CNC Machinist – Rockford, IL

Pay: $21–$32/hour (DOE)

Lean Synergy Solutions is hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join a leading manufacturer of large custom CNC machine tools in Rockford, IL.

We're looking for machinists with experience setting up and operating large CNC milling machines who can work from blueprints and produce precision components to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

\n
• Set up and operate large CNC milling machines
\n
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings
\n
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets
\n
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
\n
• Maintain quality and tight tolerances
\n
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment
\n

Qualifications

\n
• CNC machining experience required
\n
• Experience with horizontal or vertical mills
\n
• Fanuc or similar CNC controls preferred
\n
• Blueprint reading
\n
• GD&T knowledge preferred
\n
• Experience with large machined components is a plus
\n
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and gauges
\n
