Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT license in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and IDEA regulations
- Experience supporting students with diverse disabilities (Autism, cognitive/emotional/learning impairments, OHI, etc.)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel within Berrien County
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop intervention plans for K-12 students with varying needs
- Provide direct and consultative OT services across multiple school sites
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Manage a caseload of 55-65 students
