In this role, your expertise will be sought for conducting assessments, evaluations, and participating in IEP meetings. You’ll provide support in developing and revising reports, ensuring all documentation meets educational standards. Regular collaboration with skilled Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists will further enrich your work and offer opportunities for team-based solutions.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid School Psychologist credential or certification
- Previous experience with K-8 student populations preferred
- Strong working knowledge of school-based assessments and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multidisciplinary settings
- Comfortable with PRN, as-needed scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct formal and informal psychoeducational assessments and evaluations as requested
- Attend and contribute to student review and IEP meetings
- Write comprehensive reports and provide informed recommendations
- Partner collaboratively with SLP, OT, and school staff for holistic student support
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with guidelines
