Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a current Occupational Therapist license for Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in school-based OT or pediatric OT highly preferred
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet a variety of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs and student goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals
• Document sessions and progress, maintaining compliance with all regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success
