Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate OB/GYN physician to become a part of our established and collaborative team. This is a remarkable chance to engage in comprehensive OB/GYN practice, which includes both clinic and labor delivery care, in a nurturing environment alongside two seasoned physicians, four midwives, and two advanced practice providers.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Three days in the clinic each week, one day dedicated to Labor and Delivery/Postpartum call, plus 0.5 to 1 day reserved for surgical procedures.
- Call Schedule: One day per week, with midwives handling most initial calls during the week.
- Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including access to a DaVinci Robot for advanced minimally invasive surgeries.
- Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $405K along with an RVU productivity incentive bonus.
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
- Quality Bonus: Additional earning potential for achieving quality benchmarks.
- Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to assist with your move (if applicable).
- CME and Licensing Allowance: $3,000 for continuing medical education, plus $2,000 for licensure expenses.
