Anesthesiologist - UPMC Somerset, PA - 2 weeks on/1 week off - One hour from Pittsburgh

Our organization is currently looking for a full-time Anesthesiologist to become a part of our team of three physicians in Somerset, Pennsylvania. We invite you to join our supportive and cohesive group of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs. This position comes with an appealing benefits package, including 17 weeks of time off. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible and possess an MD or equivalent degree, along with the capability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license. We also offer J1 and H1B visa sponsorship.

Opportunity Highlights

• Become a member of a team consisting of 3 anesthesiologists and a skilled staff of 6 CRNAs.
• Work schedule includes 2 weeks on duty followed by 1 week off.
• The first week involves clinical responsibilities with on-call duties, while the second week is purely clinical.
• Focus on routine cases, with no obstetrics, cardiac, head, or trauma procedures.
• Opportunities available for teaching CRNA students.
• Facilities include 5 operating rooms, 1 endoscopy suite, and GI labs.
• Surgical procedures encompass Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, General Surgery, Dental, Podiatry, GYN, and Pain Management.
• Each physician manages a caseload of approximately cases annually.
