CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

Location: Yard situated in Obetz, OH – upcoming terminal in Obetz.

Job Type: Company Driver - We supply the truck at no expense to you. All vehicles are owned and maintained by the organization.

• Typical Schedule: Generally two weeks out.
• Service Area: Covering 47 states, excluding California.
• Avoiding the Northwest states during winter months.
• Work Structure: Based on customer demand, with no dedicated routes.
• Efforts are underway to create more dedicated opportunities, supported by our logistics sister company.
• Freight Handling: Drop and hook, no touch freight.
• Equipment: 2020 or newer sleeper trucks.
• All equipment is well-maintained.
• Drivers can take home equipment if secure parking is available.
• Detention Pay: $25 per hour after two hours at the facility.
• Deadhead Rates: Competitive rates for deadhead miles.
• Low Mileage Compensation: Additional pay for low mileage.
• Breakdown/Maintenance Compensation: $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance while on the road, capped at $1,000 per week.
• Dispatch: While dispatch is mandatory, it remains flexible.
• We can accommodate home time and varied schedules.
• Our dispatch team is highly organized and communicative.

Current Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of CDL A experience.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must be under 75 years old (for insurance purposes).
• No more than one moving violation in the past two years on the MVR.
• No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
