We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Oceanside Center in Hampton, NH. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,320 to $128,960, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap on earnings.

Key Responsibilities- The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
- This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities.
- Working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician, the Advanced Practice Provider will deliver patient-specific medical care.
- Primary and urgent care services will be provided to nursing center residents in partnership with other medical professionals at the center.
- Collaboration with Center Leadership is essential to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
- The candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a registered nurse license.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
- For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
- In states where permitted, APRNs must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration, as must PAs.

Salary Range: USD $112,320.00 - USD $128,960.00 per year.
