Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for exceptional pediatric anesthesiologists to deliver anesthesia services at our Children's Hospital. Ideal candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible in anesthesiology, have completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology, and hold or be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
Position Details- Specialties: Pediatric, acute pain, liver transplant, cardiac
- Schedule: Daytime coverage, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- On-call: In-house from 5:00 PM to 7:30 AM; beeper call from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Supervision: CRNA supervision with a target of 2:1 concurrency
- Team: Comprising 40 anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs
- Academic Appointment: Yes

Our Children's Hospital is a 313-bed acute care teaching facility located in the Lawrenceville area of Pittsburgh. It is recognized regionally, nationally, and internationally for its excellence in treating pediatric conditions and diseases, pioneering new therapies, and training future pediatricians and subspecialists.
