\n Position Summary:\n
\n We are looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse to work at St. Luke’s Hospital, the pediatric flagship hospital within a three-hospital system in southeastern Massachusetts, in collaboration with pediatricians within the Boston Children’s Hospital Network.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n
\n Education:\n
\n\n We are looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse to work at St. Luke’s Hospital, the pediatric flagship hospital within a three-hospital system in southeastern Massachusetts, in collaboration with pediatricians within the Boston Children’s Hospital Network.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n
- \n
- Providing pediatric urgent care in a Level II trauma center, with current pediatric volumes estimated at 20,000 patients per year. \n
- Managing a variety of urgent and emergent complaints. Performing minor procedures including laceration repairs, incision and drainage, and splinting \n
- Collaborating with pediatric, respiratory therapy, and nursing teams to deliver high-quality, family-centered care. \n
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and program development, including applying Boston Children’s Hospital derived evidenced based guidelines. \n
- Supporting education and simulation-based training across interdisciplinary teams \n
- Providing clinical coverage primarily in the evenings for 8 hour shifts. Pilot will consist of 8 hours per week (Monday 2p-10p) \n
\n Education:\n
- \n
- Master of Science in Nursing \n
- \n
- A minimum of 3–5 years of RN experience \n
- Urgent care experience preferred. \n
- Demonstrated ability to practice independently in an ED setting. \n
- Experience with minor ED procedures. \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with commitment to family-centered, equitable pediatric care. \n
- \n
- A current Massachusetts NP license \n
- Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner \n

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
