Outpatient Primary Care Physician -- $75,000 Sign On Bonus - Kansas City, Missouri

ArchWell Health is seeking Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join our elite group in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ - designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule.

Practice Model

    Outpatient only - no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities

    Average 12-16 patients per day upon ramp up

    • \n
  • \n

    Rotating tele call shared among in-market physicians

    • \n
  • \n

    Dedicated admin time built into schedule

    • \n
  • \n

    $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed

    Quality metrics-based bonus

    Weekends hours available, not required

    Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule

    Qualifications

    M.D. or D.O. graduates

    • \n
  • \n

    Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

    • \n
  • \n

    Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, not required

    • \n
  • \n

    Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients

    • \n
  • \n

    Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care

    • \n
  • \n

    Physician must have an active, non-probationary Missouri medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri medical licensure (Kansas licensure is a plus)
