Key Skills & Experience:

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings, ideally in early intervention and/or K-12 populations
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to help students increase mobility, access the curriculum, and achieve developmental milestones
  • Serve students in both early intervention (full-time, 5 days a week in Aston classrooms) and school-age programs (4 days a week in a low incidence classroom setting)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational staff and families
  • Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain thorough documentation according to state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and provide staff/family education as needed
  • Offer flexible, student-centered support across classroom-based environments
