We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Casa de Oro Center in Las Cruces, NM. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000, in addition to an uncapped incentive compensation productivity bonus.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will:

  • Deliver primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Work in partnership with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through exceptional healthcare.
Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where permitted, APRNs must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration, as must PAs.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
