Urology - Physician - Troy, NY

Our organization is actively looking to hire a full-time General Urologist for our Urology office located in Troy, NY. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a well-established and expanding practice.

The office is situated at 2231 Burdett Avenue, Troy, NY, and is backed by a robust network of primary care physicians and specialists. In response to ongoing growth and increasing patient needs, we are eager to welcome an additional urologist to our team.

Our Urology practice provides exceptional, innovative, and comprehensive urological services in both outpatient and hospital environments. The range of services includes:

• Treatment for enlarged prostate
• Management of urinary tract and prostate cancers
• Addressing voiding dysfunctions
• Kidney stone treatment
• Solutions for sexual dysfunction
• Management of urinary tract infections
• Urinary incontinence care
• Urologic oncology
• And more.

Surgeries are conducted at Samaritan Hospital, which offers robotic capabilities and scheduled block time.

• Hospital-employed role
• Extensive primary care referral network
• Utilization of EPIC EMR system
• High-volume practice with significant earning potential based on RVUs
• Call rotation of 1:4

Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:

• Competitive base salary with RVU and quality-based earning potential, with a starting salary range between $510,000 and $555,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other applicable cash compensation. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please be aware that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
