Our organization is in search of a BC/BE Outpatient Family Medicine physician to become a part of our supportive team at MercyOne Cedar Falls Family Medicine located in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a varied patient demographic.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs)
  • Provide outpatient care across all age groups
  • Enjoy a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with no weekends or evenings required
  • Minimal on-call duties: 1:6, with phone-only responsibilities and first contact handled by a triage nurse
  • Work at a single practice location, conveniently situated next to the hospital
  • Utilize a modern facility that has been recently updated, with on-site access to lab, MRI, and x-ray services

  • Participate in virtual visits and telehealth options

Compensation & Benefits

  • A guaranteed income of $290,191 annually for the first two years, along with production incentives and longevity bonuses
  • A bonus package totaling $150,000
  • A relocation allowance of up to $15,000
