Radiology Supervisor | Fri-Sun 7pm-7am | CT experience required

Job Overview

The role involves overseeing and coordinating the operations of designated cost centers to guarantee that customers receive precise and timely services. This position also entails providing guidance and leadership to the team.

Qualifications

• Patient Age Range: All age groups.
• Required Education: High School Diploma.
• Specific Coursework: Completion of an accredited program in Radiology, Cardiovascular studies, or relevant on-the-job training (e.g., military experience).
• Preferred Education: Associate's degree.

Essential Skills

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Knowledgeable about imaging and other patient care equipment.

Licensure and Certifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from a recognized organization such as the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Credentialed, certified, or licensed in a Radiology modality, including ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, or CCI (e.g., RCIS).

Experience Requirements

• Required Experience: 3-5 years in Radiology, Interventional Lab, or Cardiovascular Lab settings, or relevant supervisory experience.
• Preferred Experience: Five years as a radiological technologist, with over three years in a supervisory capacity within the radiology field.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position includes supervisory oversight of a team comprising 10 employees.

Preferred Licensure/Certification

Certification in two different Radiology modalities through ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS is preferred.
