Industrial Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Tulsa, OK | Temp-to-Hire | $20-$25/hour DOE

HireCall is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician / Mechanic for a well-established window manufacturing facility in Tulsa. If you have experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and enjoy keeping production running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term benefits once hired by the client.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required if critical production equipment requires emergency repairs (rare).
Pay
  • $20-$25 per hour
  • Pay is based on your experience, skills, and previous work history.
Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform basic repairs to minimize production downtime.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
  • Clean, lubricate, and service equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose equipment failures using strong problem-solving skills.
  • Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Dismantle machinery and replace defective components.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous industrial maintenance or maintenance mechanic experience required.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
  • Experience repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.
  • Must be able to lift, bend, climb, and work safely around industrial equipment.
