School Speech Language Pathologist - Wichita Falls, Texas

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Recent experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, IEP development, and progress monitoring skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and articulation assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student learning
• Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights to student care teams
• Provide direct therapy services and consultative support across a range of communication disorders
• Engage in professional development activities as required
