Order Filler

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking an Order Filler to join their team. As an Order Filler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Filler

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Range: $17.83

Shift: 1st Shift - Mon - Fri 7 am - 3:30 pm (OT - 6 am - 3:30 pm); Saturday 8-hour shift with potential Sunday bonus for working an 8-hour shift

What's the Job?

• Select and handle materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment
• Build customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Load and unload freight in a timely manner
• Transport orders to shipping and packing areas using material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting safety at all times

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
• Steel toe shoes and PPEs for safety compliance
• Understanding of safety standards and warehouse procedures
• Ability to operate forklifts, stock pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
