Our organization is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established team, delivering exceptional care in a community-oriented environment in Western New York!

• Collaborative Team: Join a group of seven physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers serving over 10,000 patients.
• Support from Advanced Practice Providers: Benefit from a dedicated team of APPs assisting in daily operations.
• Affiliation with a Larger Network: Access a broad network of specialists and resources, complemented by administrative support from UPMC Hamot.
• Advanced Technology: Utilize a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system throughout the health network.
• Work-Life Balance: The role involves outpatient call only, promoting a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
• American Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine
• Ability to secure an unrestricted New York Medical License and necessary credentials
• DEA certification

Salary Range: Minimum: $250,000 | Maximum: $280,000
