The Senior Associate or Counsel will focus on employment law matters, providing high-quality legal expertise and strategic advice. Description Advise clients on employment law matters, including compliance, policies, and procedures. Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and contracts. Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations. Provide training and guidance to clients on best practices in employment law. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal challenges effectively. Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Support client development and business growth initiatives as needed. Profile A successful candidate should have: At least six years of experience working in employment law and related legal matters. Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to represent clients in complex employment-related cases. Proficiency in conducting legal research and staying informed on legal developments. Effective communication and client management abilities. Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services within the professional services industry.
