Outpatient, General Psychiatrist Opportunity - 100% Outpatient with No Call or Weekends

Were looking for a BC/BE General Psychiatrist to join our growing Mental Health Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working collaboratively with primary and specialty care. The department consists of seven psychiatrists, four psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and fifteen therapists.

Additional details:

\n 100% outpatient; some telehealth work required
\n Candidate must reside in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
\n No weekends, no call
\n Established in-house referral network
\n Compensation is a production model
\n New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee between $300,000 and $334,000 with upside earning potential
\n Up to $35,000 starting bonus
\n Two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy in
